I’m a big fan of the red-maple armchair for the way its muted terracotta tone brings warmth without overwhelming a scheme. Its softly contoured arms and comfortable seat make it just as at home in a modern living room as in a snug reading nook - pair it with charcoal-grey accents and natural-wood furniture to let the colour pop, or mix it into an industrial space alongside metal-leg tables and a simple wool rug. For styling, I’d add a neutral linen cushion in a tactile weave to break up the fabric and place a slimline side table with a sculptural lamp close by.
