Description

Wrap yourself in comfort with the Bergen Embossed Faux Fur Throw in Grey, designed to bring warmth and style to your home. With its soft embossed texture and elegant grey tone, this throw is ideal for draping over furniture or snuggling up on chilly evenings.

Our Stylist Says

This grey faux fur throw is a smart addition to a variety of interiors, adding both texture and cosy warmth without overwhelming the space. I love how versatile it is-great for layering over neutral sofas or bed linens, and it works particularly well in contemporary, Scandinavian, or minimalist schemes where subtle textures can make a big impact. For styling tips, drape it casually over the arm of a sofa or fold it neatly at the foot of your bed for a chilled yet polished look. Its neutral grey makes it easy to pair with other colour accents or patterns, and it’s practical as well as stylish, perfect for adding warmth during colder months.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
