Description

Add texture and sophistication to your space with the BHS Bergen Embossed Faux Fur Cushion in Grey. Featuring a subtle embossed pattern and ultra-soft faux fur, this cushion brings tactile luxury and modern elegance to sofas, beds, or accent chairs.

Our Stylist Says

I love this faux fur cushion for its cosy texture and versatile grey tone, making it an easy addition to various interiors. It works particularly well in modern, minimalist spaces, adding a touch of warmth and plush comfort without overpowering other design elements. Practical styling tips include pairing it with smooth fabric cushions on a neutral sofa to create contrast, or using it as a statement piece on a bed or armchair for a tactile focal point. Its embossed design adds subtle visual interest, making it a functional yet stylish choice for anyone looking to add texture and comfort to their living space.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
