Description
Benicia is a collection of mouth-blown glass vases, made by hand. They are from the Brussels studio PaulinePlus. Luis. These vases are made up of two interlocking shapes: one, in the centre, made from transparent glass and the other made from white frosted glass. These two containers with different shapes and colours can come apart and can be used separately. The shapes overlay to form a dual-walled object, creating a subtle interplay of colours and transparency. The design of the Benicia vase is inspired by the Californian beach of Benicia with colourful polished stones.
