I’m a fan of this light-green Chesterfield-style velvet bed because its diamond-tufting and soft hue bring instant glamour without overpowering a scheme. It suits art-deco, modern-glam or even Scandi-influenced rooms - pair it with brass bedside lamps and monochrome bedding for contrast, or keep the palette soft with cream linens and muted pastels. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
