Description
The Bellavita Upholstered Gas Lift Storage Bed features a 54-inch tall headboard and a matching 24-inch footboard, combining luxury styling, everyday comfort and practical storage in one elegant design. The impressive headboard features deep button tufting with stylish winged sides, creating a sophisticated Chesterfield-inspired appearance while providing comfortable support when sitting up, reading or relaxing in bed. The matching 24-inch upholstered footboard continues the beautiful buttoned detailing for a coordinated premium finish. A built-in gas lift mechanism allows the mattress platform to lift smoothly, revealing generous under-bed storage space ideal for bedding, blankets, pillows, seasonal clothing and other bedroom essentials. Upholstered in a soft-touch fabric, the Velmora provides a cosy and luxurious feel while complementing both modern and traditional bedroom interiors. Its sturdy internal construction and supportive slatted base provide reliable support for everyday use. Available in a range of UK bed sizes, this stylish bed combines premium design, convenient storage and lasting comfort. Mattress, bedding, pillows and decorative accessories are not included.
Our Stylist Says
The Bellavita gas lift storage bed is a great addition to a range of interiors, especially those leaning towards classic elegance or contemporary luxury. I love its Chesterfield-style tufted headboard because it adds timeless sophistication and texture, making it a focal point in the bedroom. The cream upholstery offers versatile styling options - it works well with soft pastel palettes, neutral tones, or even bold accent colours for contrast. For practical styling, keep the bed layered with plush, coordinated bedding and decorative cushions to enhance its luxurious feel, while using the under-bed storage for organisation without sacrificing style. This bed is an excellent choice for anyone wanting a chic, functional centrepiece that combines comfort with practicality.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
