Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's MR Adjustable Chaise Longue has received an update in celebration of the centenary of the Bauhaus. Originally designed in 1929, Knoll has re-released the iconic design in a chrome and Velour suede finish. One of Mies van der Rohe's earliest steel designs, the chaise longue boasts a strikingly contemporary silhouette that is widely considered to be a modern interpretation of traditional rocking chairs. The MR Adjustable Chaise Longue's immediately identifiable silhouette is achieved through a curved frame crafted using polished-chrome tubular steel. Available upholstered in luxurious Velour suede in a range of warm hues, the chair is padded using removable foam cushions and finished with leather-covered structural straps in either black, white beige or dark brown to match your upholstery choice.
