Our Stylist Says
The Batilda dining chairs set of 2 in grey offers a chic and versatile addition to any dining space. I love their simple, modern silhouette and the soft fabric that’s both comfortable and easy to maintain. They work particularly well in contemporary or Scandinavian-inspired interiors, where clean lines and muted tones are key. Practical styling tips include pairing them with a wooden or glass table to highlight their understated charm, or adding layered textiles such as a patterned runner or colourful placemats to bring a pop of personality. These chairs are equally suited to a casual breakfast nook or a more formal dining setting, making them a flexible choice for a range of interiors.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
