This 120cm rectangular table, paired with four sleek chairs, is the perfect marriage of style and practicality. Whether you're hosting a dinner party that’d make Hyacinth Bucket proud or simply enjoying beans on toast with the family, the Barlow set adds a touch of effortless sophistication to every mealtime.
Our Stylist Says
I love this set because of its clean, versatile design and natural oak finish that suits a range of interiors. The rectangular table’s modest size makes it ideal for both compact kitchens and dining areas, while the matching chairs keep the look cohesive and understated. It works particularly well in modern, Scandinavian-inspired, or minimalist interiors, but can also complement more eclectic or rustic spaces when styled thoughtfully. Practical tips include pairing it with cushions or seat pads for added comfort, and dressing the table with simple, textured tableware or greenery to create a laid-back, inviting atmosphere. Its neutral wood tones make it easy to introduce colour through accessories, making it a flexible choice that can adapt as your style evolves.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
