Description

Make those all-important relaxation times at home better than ever before, thanks to this on-trend swivel chair from HOMCOM. The seat is formed into a retro tub design, which provides plenty of room to sit, with a high back and armrests to offer support whilst in use. The whole frame is made from steel, making it very strong and durable for prolonged everyday use, with the large round base ensuring the seat keeps balanced and upright. Filled with a sponge for comfort, it is wrapped in linen for a smooth feel and easy maintenance and comes with a seat cushion and a small back cushion to finish.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this grey bar stool with a swivel and gas lift - it combines practicality with sleek modern style. Its neutral colour makes it versatile enough to work in both contemporary and more traditional interiors, especially in open-plan kitchens or home bars. The swivel feature adds convenience when engaging with different areas around a bar or island, while the gas lift provides easy height adjustability for comfort. To style it effectively, pair it with a minimalist or mid-century setting, adding textured fabrics or colourful accessories to create visual interest. It's ideal for a casual yet polished look, and the compact, rounded shape works well in smaller spaces without overwhelming the room.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
