Description

The Mango Wood Vintage Railway Bar High Stool from Elm Home And Garden is a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and durability. Crafted from 100% solid mango wood with no veneer, this stool exudes quality and richness. The natural grains of the mango wood are beautifully exposed, giving each stool a unique character while promising strength and longevity. The stool stands on powdered black steel industrial tube legs that provide robust support and add an element of industrial charm to the stools aesthetic. The variable height ensures adaptability in various spaces, making it a versatile piece for your kitchen or bar.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this stool for its blend of simplicity and practicality. The brown wood adds warmth, making it versatile enough for both contemporary and rustic interiors. It works well in kitchen islands, breakfast bars, or even casual dining spaces where comfort and style are key. For styling tips, pair it with industrial or pared-back décor to highlight its minimalist character, or introduce cushions on the seat for extra comfort. Its slim profile also makes it a good choice for smaller spaces or crowded areas, and the backrest provides added support for extended seating. Overall, it’s a functional yet stylish option that can effortlessly elevate a casual or modern setting.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
