About a Stool perfectly illustrates Hay's work: understated lines, a universal, timeless style that stands the test of time while remaining elegant. Its simple appearance lets it blend harmoniously into our daily lives without upsetting our visual environment. You can also imagine it around a bar or high bar in a living room as much as in a public place. Its welcoming, ergonomic shapes ensure optimal comfort. Resolutely focused on the future of furniture, the famous ''About a Chair'' collection is centred on the use of environmentally friendly materials. The shells are made from 100% recycled polypropylene, sourced from post-consumer waste. The oak used for the legs is FSC-certified (from sustainably managed forests) and covered with an ecological water-based varnish.
