Description

Bamboo Extra Deep Single 38cm Fitted Sheet, White

Our Stylist Says

I love this bedding as it offers a clean, crisp look thanks to its pure white colour, making it versatile for a range of interior styles, from modern minimalist to classic country. The extra deep 38cm fitted sheet is particularly practical, ensuring a snug fit on larger mattresses or those with additional padding. It works particularly well in bright, airy bedrooms or neutral colour schemes, where it can be complemented with colourful textiles or kept minimal for a sleek finish. For styling tips, consider pairing it with textured throws or layered bedding to add depth, and keep the bed linens in the same colour palette for a cohesive and polished look. Its simplicity makes it easy to update with accessories and other linens, making it a staple piece in any well-considered bedroom.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
