Description
Japanese designer Nendo was inspired by the Japanese style to create a language rooted in his own time. This objective is reflected in clean forms, never lacking a touch of humour and friendliness. Nendo won the title of "Designer of the Year" at the Maison & Object show in January 2015, and his work garnered several international awards. His work is exhibited in the MoMA in New York, and in the Musée des Arts Décoratifs or the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris. Designed in 2008, the Bambi features an aluminium, laser-cut sheet metal tabletop and extruded aluminium legs. Extremely aesthetic, the "X" legs define geometric lines, creating a deep impact in the surrounding space, and in the observer's mind.
