Description
This is a hand-made blown-glass lamp as light as a balloon! The designers see the Balloon lamp collection as “invisible”, simple and timeless volumes, like transparent bubbles in interiors where metal reflectors flutter. Clever and sleek Balloon lamp has nothing to hide! The huge transparent glass globe showcases the copper reflector, light bulb and cable clad in black fabric. These components are perfectly visible and contribute to the aesthetics of the lamp. The technique used is blow moulding which means blowing and keeping the parison inside a mould in order to give it a predefined shape – it is a task that requires great expertise. This lamp is supplied with a LED light bulb and intensity dimmer.
