Our Stylist Says
I love this ceiling light fitting because of its blend of vintage charm and contemporary style. The clear, textured glass adds visual interest while diffusing light softly, making it a versatile choice for various interiors. Its antique brass finish brings warmth and a touch of elegance, perfect for both classic and modern schemes. It works particularly well in kitchens, dining rooms, or living spaces where you want a statement piece that also offers functional lighting. For styling, pair it with exposed filament bulbs or minimalist bulbs for a more industrial look, and consider mounting it in clusters or alongside other brass accents to enhance its character. It’s a real statement piece that elevates the ambiance of any room.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
