Our Stylist Says
I love this up-down wall light for its sleek, modern look and versatility. It works particularly well with contemporary or minimalist exteriors, adding subtle illumination that enhances architectural features without overpowering them. Its dark grey finish makes it adaptable to various colour schemes, especially when paired with neutral or monochrome facades. For styling, consider placing it near entry doors or along pathways to create a welcoming glow, or use it to highlight textured walls or garden features. Practical tips include ensuring even spacing along a wall for symmetry and combining it with other outdoor lighting pieces to create layers of illumination for both function and aesthetic appeal.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
