Ava Single Ottoman Bed - Mustard
£330
Price History
Description
A single ottoman bed with an upholstered fabric exterior and a gas-lift storage base - practical for bedrooms without a separate wardrobe or extra chest of drawers. Available in four colours: brown, cream boucle, mustard, and pink velvet, making it a good fit for older children and teenagers who want a more grown-up bedroom aesthetic. The full-sized storage base keeps bedding, seasonal clothing, and bulkier items out of sight. Single size (90 x 190cm). A mattress is not included.
Our Stylist Says
I love the mustard hue of the Ava single ottoman bed - it adds a cheerful pop of colour that's versatile enough to work well in both contemporary and eclectic interiors. Its clean lines and understated design make it a practical choice for modern bedrooms, especially those aiming for a minimalist look but with a touch of warmth. I recommend pairing this bed with soft neutrals or muted tones to let the colour stand out, or contrasting it with textured fabrics like velvet or woven throws for added visual interest. Practical styling tips include keeping the bedding simple to highlight the bold colour, and using cushions or bedside lamps in complementary shades to create a cohesive and inviting space. Its storage function is a real bonus, perfect for decluttering without sacrificing style.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
