Description
The Austin Divan Bed Set in Tweed Fabric combines timeless style with lasting comfort. Built with a solid platform top divan base, it offers strength, durability, and the ideal surface to enhance mattress performance. Complete with a 32" upholstered headboard and a 28cm deep Hybrid Midnight Orthopaedic Pocket Spring Mattress, this set delivers exceptional support. The mattress uses individually nested pocket springs that respond to your body for personalised comfort, each reacting independently to weight for tailored support, reducing partner disturbance. The 7-zone support system eases pressure on shoulders, hips, and back, and layers of luxury foams provide contouring comfort and bounce-back support. The breathable core helps regulate temperature, and the soft-touch cashmere fabric with hand tufting ensures a durable, supportive sleep surface. Finished with cushioned vertical panels, the elegant headboard makes this divan bed the perfect bedroom upgrade, base and headboard finished in Tweed Fabric for a textured look. This storage bed comes with 4 easy access storage drawers, 2 on each side.
Our Stylist Says
I love this bed for its practical yet stylish design-perfect for adding a cosy, organised focal point to a bedroom. The Austin tweed fabric adds texture and warmth, making it suitable for both traditional and contemporary interiors. The coffee colour is versatile, pairing well with neutral tones or richer shades for a more luxe feel. Its built-in storage and king size make it ideal for maximising space in smaller bedrooms or those who need extra organisation. For styling, consider pairing it with crisp, minimal bedding for a modern look, or layer with throws and cushions in complementary colours to soften the overall aesthetic. It works especially well in cosy, understated schemes or where a practical but polished finish is desired.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
