Description
The Aurora bed features a stunning headboard that will make a statement in any bedroom. The design of this bed is art deco inspired making it a real show-stopper. The bed itself is upholstered in a luxurious velvet fabric and features an ottoman base. The fully boarded storage can be accessed from the footend using two fabric handles and the low foot end and under-bed gap give a greater sense of space in the bedroom.
Our Stylist Says
I love the plush grey velvet finish of this ottoman bed - it offers a sophisticated yet versatile look that can seamlessly blend into both contemporary and classic interiors. The grey tones make it a flexible choice, working particularly well in neutral colour schemes or adding a touch of luxury to darker, more dramatic spaces. Practical styling tips include pairing it with crisp, layered bedding and minimal accessories to emphasise its elegant texture, or using cosy throws and cushions for a layered, inviting feel. Its storage functionality makes it ideal for bedrooms where space-saving is key, while the velvet material adds a soft, tactile element that elevates the overall aesthetic.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
