Our Stylist Says
The white pendant light is a versatile piece that effortlessly combines modern minimalism with a touch of understated elegance. I love how its clean lines and neutral tone make it suitable for a range of interiors-from contemporary kitchens and dining areas to more pared-back living spaces. It works particularly well in open-plan settings, where it can serve as a focal point above a dining table or island. Practical styling tips include pairing it with of-the-moment matte black or brass accents for contrast, or hanging multiple lights at different heights for a dynamic look. Its simplicity also allows it to blend seamlessly with both bold colour schemes and softer neutral palettes, making it a reliable choice for adding illumination without overpowering the design.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
