Description

With a soft white glow from the dimmable LED lighting, the seamless forest green shade sits atop a slim gold frame for a refined floor lamp in a sleek mid-century style. Perfect for your reading nook or home library.

Our Stylist Says

I love the Asteria green floor lamp for its contemporary yet understated design, which makes it a versatile piece for a variety of interiors. Its sleek, minimalist look works particularly well in modern or Scandinavian-inspired schemes, but it can add a fresh touch to more eclectic or classic spaces. Practical styling tips include pairing it with a cosy armchair or a low-level sofa to create a reading nook, or placing it in a corner to balance a room’s layout. Its slim profile means it doesn’t overwhelm a space, making it ideal for smaller rooms or spaces where you want to keep the visual clutter to a minimum. The subtle green hue adds colour without overpowering, offering just enough visual interest to elevate a room’s overall aesthetic.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
