Description
The Astana Rug will be a striking feature in any room, serving to complement both hard and carpeted flooring. With tones of white, grey, and ochre effortlessly woven together, the soft pile provides texture and a comfortable surface while complementing contemporary or eccentric decor with its burst of colour.
Our Stylist Says
I love this one for adding a contemporary edge to both modern and transitional interiors. The medium size offers great versatility-perfect for under a dining table, in a living room, or even in a bedroom as a statement piece. Its neutral tones with subtle gold accents work well to complement a range of colour schemes, from bold hues to muted palettes. For styling tips, try layering it over larger rugs to create depth, or pair it with sleek, modern furniture to highlight its pattern. It's also practical for high-traffic areas thanks to its durability, making it as functional as it is stylish.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
