Description
The Kensington Wingback Chenille TV Bed is designed to bring bold presence and refined comfort to the bedroom, combining striking design with modern functionality to create a standout centrepiece. The tall square wingback headboard features deep channelled detailing, forming a strong and structured silhouette that adds both visual impact and a sense of enclosure for a more relaxed feel. Upholstered in soft chenille with a subtle sheen, the fabric introduces depth and texture while catching the light to enhance its premium appearance. At the foot of the bed, a smooth motorised TV lift system allows your television to rise quietly at the touch of a wireless remote, offering a seamless way to enjoy entertainment from the comfort of bed while maintaining a clean and uncluttered look when not in use. The side opening ottoman base provides access to a spacious hidden storage area, ideal for storing bedding, clothing, and everyday essentials, with a gas assisted mechanism designed for easy lifting. Carefully considered in both form and function, the Kensington Wingback TV Bed delivers a confident blend of comfort, practicality, and contemporary style.
Our Stylist Says
I love this bed for its versatility and classic style. The Aspire Kensington wingback offers a cosy yet elegant focal point in both traditional and contemporary interiors. Its natural chenille upholstery adds warmth and texture, making it suitable for neutral, earthy palettes or more layered, upholstered looks. Practical styling tips include pairing it with layered bedding in soft, complementary tones and adding plush throws or cushions for a welcoming vibe. The Ottoman storage is a huge plus for those looking to maximise space, especially in smaller bedrooms or larger ones with a minimalist aesthetic. It works well with both simple, clean-lined furniture and more elaborate, vintage-inspired decor, making it a great all-rounder in the bedroom.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
