Description
Hand-crafted by our own Skilled Craftsmen in India, this range offers a new unique twist to retro style furniture, combining solid hardwood and reclaimed metal. The two tone colour adds a modern look and a warm finish.

I often recommend this brown dining bench for its sturdy mix of reclaimed timber and metal legs, which brings just the right balance of warmth and industrial edge. It works particularly well in modern farmhouse, loft-style or Scandinavian-inspired kitchens, where its clean lines and natural grain can take pride of place.
To style it, layer a couple of mixed-fabric cushions or a soft woollen throw to add comfort and colour contrast. Position it alongside a simple dining table in lighter wood or metal, and punctuate the look with a cluster of potted herbs or a low ceramic vase for an unfussy, lived-in feel.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
