Description

The Ashford Painted 3’0 Bed is no ordinary Bed Frame - it’s one made by our master craftsmen to the highest standards in the industry. That means minimal assembly upon arrival, flawless finishing throughout, and a beautiful centrepiece that you can enjoy for years to come. And because the light oak topper allows you to add a little natural vibrance to the mix, you’ll be able to create the perfect guest or child’s bedroom before you know it. Just make sure you check you don’t want one of our larger options, just in case you feel like treating yourself.

Our Stylist Says

I love this wooden bed for its clean, streamlined look, making it a versatile choice that suits a range of interiors from Scandi to traditional and even contemporary schemes. Its pure white finish instantly brightens a room and helps create a fresh, airy atmosphere. It works well styled with neutral linens for a minimalist vibe, or paired with colourful cushions and throws for a more cosy, personalised touch. Practical tips include layering with textured bedding or adding a bed skirt to soften the edges and hide the slats underneath, especially if you’re aiming for a more polished look. Its straightforward design makes it easy to incorporate into both small and larger bedrooms, offering a timeless piece that balances function with understated style.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
