The extendable Dash Dining Table was designed by Regular Company for Artisan and is exclusively available at Heal’s. The solid walnut round table boats a beautifully concealed leaf which transforms it into a rounded rectangle with space to seat guests. The table is expertly crafted thanks to Artisan’s 50 years of experience creating solid wood furniture.

I’m a big fan of the Dash extending table in European walnut because its warm, mid-brown grain works seamlessly in Scandi-inspired schemes as well as more contemporary living-dining spaces. The simple, splayed‐leg silhouette keeps things feeling light and airy, and the easy-to-use extension leaf means you can go from cosy family breakfasts to dinner parties in seconds.
Styling tip: layer a natural-fibre runner down the centre and add a mix of ceramic vases or simple glass carafes to break up the wood tone. Pair with upholstered or bent-ply chairs in muted shades for comfort, and introduce a low pendant light above to define the dining zone. A couple of houseplants or a folded linen napkin at each setting will bring just the right amount of texture and colour.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
