Description
We have placed the subtleties of jute's natural fibres centrestage with our Arta rug. The flatwoven zig-zag design is formed by the weave construction, with the change in direction of the yarn highlighting the natural variations of colour and texture. Every rug has different variations, meaning each one is unique to the next, for a special accent piece in the home. The warm, neutral tones complement any colour scheme and also work with timber, stone or ceramic floor tiles to add warmth and tactility, as well as durability. We like to layer over larger, contrasting hand-knotted rugs in areas of high footfall; this is why you will see many jute designs in our country Houses.
