Our Stylist Says
The pink plush velvet kids’ bed with safety side rails is a real statement piece that adds colour and a sense of luxury to a child's bedroom. I love its contemporary shape, which combines comfort with a playful aesthetic that can grow with your child. It’s versatile enough to work well in both modern and more eclectic interiors, especially those with soft pastel tones or bold accent colours. Practical styling tips include pairing it with neutral or pastel bedding to keep the room feeling fresh and bright, and adding tactile textiles like plush cushions or a cozy blanket. The safety rails make it perfect for younger children, while the plush velvet finish gives it a high-end feel that elevates the overall room decor.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
