The Plush Velvet Divan Bed Set with Upholstered Headboard blends timeless design with lasting comfort. Its solid platform top divan base ensures strength, durability, and the perfect surface to enhance mattress performance. Upholstered in luxurious plush velvet, both base and headboard add elegance and a refined finish to any bedroom. The set includes a 32" tall headboard with vertical panel design and a 28cm deep Hybrid Midnight Orthopaedic Pocket Spring Mattress. The mattress features individually nested pocket springs for personalised support, reducing partner disturbance and improving comfort. A 7-zone orthopaedic system relieves pressure on shoulders, hips, and back, while layers of luxury foams contour the body and provide bounce-back resilience. The breathable mattress core helps regulate temperature, and the soft-touch cashmere fabric with hand tufting creates a supportive and durable sleep surface. Available in all UK sizes from Small Single to Super King, this set is proudly UK manufactured to the highest standard. Base height is 30.5cm, with gliders attached it is 34.5cm. This option bed comes with 2 easy access storage drawers. Headboard can be placed in either end of the base, so you can either have both drawers facing on the right side, or left side.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
