Description

Full of personality, the Arianne black and green console table will make a statement finish to your dining space. Made in Vietnam, the console table isn’t short on detail. Crushed green recycled beer bottles are combined into the terrazzo mix to create its statement, colour-popping design and finish. Due to the nature of the design, each table is completely unique. Combining sharp angles with a sleek rectangular frame, Arianne can be placed in a variety of environments, whilst achieving the same striking effect. Part of the Amelia range, the terrazzo effect is also available as a dining table.

Our Stylist Says

I love this console table for its bold mix of materials-it brings a sophisticated yet contemporary vibe to any space. The green terrazzo top adds a splash of colour and texture, making it a great statement piece in an entryway, living room, or hallway. It works particularly well in modern and eclectic interiors, where its clean lines and vibrant surface can be highlighted with minimal styling. For practical tips, consider using it to display decorative accessories like vases and sculptures, or as a functional spot for keys and mail. Because of its colour and pattern, keep decor simple to let the terrazzo do the talking, and pair it with muted, neutral tones for a balanced look.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
