You can choose between a 120 cm or 140 cm length table with 4 chairs making it easy to find the right size to suit your home and needs. The table top features an oak woodgrain effect that gives it a beautifully authentic look complemented by a rustic, natural shaped edge that adds character without demanding any special upkeep. The MDF top with oak effect PVC surface makes cleaning quick and effortless, so spills and mess are nothing to worry about. Beneath the table top a sturdy steel underframe ensures the table stays solid even with daily use. The Ashford design chairs are available in a choice of Beige or Off White chenille fabric, both are subtle shades which will easily blend into most decorative schemes. The chairs are upholstered with a foam interior onto a contoured seat for your comfort, the tapered legs and underframe are made from precision welded steel making them easier to assemble and robust enough for everyday use. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
