Our Stylist Says
I really like this lamp for adding a touch of vintage charm to a variety of spaces. The antique brass finish offers warmth and versatility, making it a great accent in both traditional and modern interiors. The sage green fern shade introduces a subtle hint of colour and texture that works beautifully in nature-inspired or relaxed schemes. It’s perfect for placing on bedside tables, sideboards, or even nestled in a cosy reading nook. For styling tips, try pairing it with soft textiles and natural elements like timber or botanicals to create an inviting, cohesive look. Its understated elegance ensures it complements rather than competes, making it a functional yet stylish addition to most rooms.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
