Description
A framed unglazed print of a dramatic and vibrant landscape by artist Anna Schofield. Made in the UK, it's finished with a hand-applied artist's texture gel and presented in a contemporary white box frame, ready to hang on your wall. Since she was a young girl, artist Anna Schofield created drawings and paintings of nature, portraits and architecture whenever she had a chance. She finished a law degree in Criminal Law and had a successful corporate business career, however, her creative side was left unfulfilled. Art was more of a way of spending her free time rather than a way of living. In 2015, she decided to change her profession and follow her heart. She studied Art and Design at New College, Nottingham and her final show at college was a big success, revealing an interest in a contemporary approach and paving the way for her journey as a full-time artist. Have you thought about wall hooks and fittings?
Our Stylist Says
I love the Anna Schofield 'Magical' landscape print for its vibrant colour palette and dreamy atmosphere, making it a striking focal point in a room. It works particularly well in contemporary or eclectic interiors, where its bold hues can complement or add a pop of colour. For styling tips, consider placing it above a neutral sofa or sideboard to let it stand out, and pair with other colour accents pulled from the artwork, such as soft blues or pinks, for a cohesive look. Its sizeable square format makes it ideal for creating a gallery wall or making a statement on a feature wall. To keep the focus on the piece, avoid clutter around it, and opt for minimalistic framing that enhances its colour without competing with the artwork itself.

About John Lewis
A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion
John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.
What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.
Adapting to Changing Times
Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.
Commitment to a Greater Purpose
John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
