Our Stylist Says
I love this wall unit because of its versatile and natural timber finish, which easily complements both modern and traditional interiors. It’s particularly good in living rooms, studies, or even open-plan spaces where storage and display are needed without overwhelming the room. The stain wax finish adds a subtle warmth, making it feel inviting yet stylish. For styling tips, try mixing open shelving with decorative books, plants, and ornamental objects to create visual interest. The cabinets at the bottom also provide practical storage for items you'd prefer out of sight, keeping the look tidy and uncluttered. Overall, it's a functional piece that can serve as a statement feature or seamless storage solution depending on how you style it.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
