'No Man's Land' by artist Andrew Lansley. This giclee print has a cotton core mount in a handmade and hand-finished sustainably sourced solid ash wood frame. Made in the UK by museum specialists and printed on heavyweight, matt-smooth fine art paper, it's ready to hang on your wall. Andrew Lansley is a painter and printmaker who lives and works in Bath. The focus of his art is on landscapes, marine and architectural subjects. Andrew generates the art from direct experience, recording it through memory, drawing and photography. By using raw pigments and tempera mediums, including egg, casein, varnish and watercolour, Andrew creates beautiful, textural paintings. Andrew has exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal West Of England Academy and at the Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize and Sunday Times Watercolour Prize. Have you thought about wall hooks and fittings?
I love this print for its subdued, neutral tones and minimalist appeal. It works particularly well in contemporary or Scandinavian-inspired interiors, where its understated palette complements a clean, uncluttered look. The grey framing makes it versatile enough to be paired with other monochrome art or pops of colour. For practical styling, try grouping it with similar-sized prints or placing it above a sideboard or console table for a focal point. It's also ideal in spaces like living rooms or bedrooms where you want to add a bit of visual interest without overwhelming the space. Keeping accessories minimal around it will really allow the artwork to stand out.
