Description
The Amp lamp large from Normann Copenhagen is a modern lamp with nostalgic vibes. Amp is designed by Simon Legald and is inspired by old tube amplifiers from the 1960s. It has an exciting material combination of marble and glass with a visible carbon filament bulb that creates a decorative lighting in all directions. Hang it in the window, hallway or create a cluster of Amp lamps over the dining table.

I particularly like how the Amp lamp’s tinted grey glass and slim black fitting bring a subtly industrial edge without dominating the room. It works especially well in modern Scandi or urban-loft schemes, where clean lines and muted tones prevail.
For styling, try hanging two or three at staggered heights over a kitchen island or dining table, and pair with soft-filament bulbs to warm the glass.
