Description
The Amp lamp large from Normann Copenhagen is a modern lamp with nostalgic vibes. Amp is designed by Simon Legald and is inspired by old tube amplifiers from the 1960s. It has an exciting material combination of marble and glass with a visible carbon filament bulb that creates a decorative lighting in all directions. Hang it in the window, hallway or create a cluster of Amp lamps over the dining table.

I’m a big fan of the Amp ceiling light for its subtle gold-green tint, which adds a warm, slightly vintage glow without overwhelming a room. It works particularly well in modern industrial schemes - think black steel or exposed brick - but also lifts softer Scandinavian or mid-century settings when paired with pale woods and natural textiles.
