Price History
Description
The Amara wooden table lamp base is completely obsession-worthy. It's the kind of piece that stops people mid-conversation and makes them ask where you got it. The beautifully crafted barley twist stem brings texture and character, while the choice of a rich navy or vibrant raspberry pink finish keeps the look fresh and on-trend. Pair it with your favourite shade, style it your way, and let Amara do the rest. Your room will thank you for it.
Our Stylist Says
I love the twist table lamp base in navy blue for its modern yet versatile look. Its rich colour works especially well in contemporary or nautical-inspired interiors, adding a pop of colour without overpowering the space. It’s perfect for layering on side tables or dressers, and pairing with crisp white or neutral shades for a stylish contrast. Practical styling tips include using it as a statement piece on a bedside table or in a corner of a living room to create cosy ambient lighting. To complete the look, choose a simple fabric or patterned shade that complements the navy to enhance its understated elegance.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
