I’m a fan of the cream three-drawer chest because its simple lines and neutral palette work in everything from Scandi and coastal to contemporary homes. The pale oak sides keep the look light, while the cream fronts slot straight into a muted or monochrome scheme.
For styling, use it as a bedside or hallway unit: top with a small lamp, a ceramic pot of greenery and a shallow tray for daily bits and bobs. Inside the drawers, add fabric dividers or little storage boxes to keep clothes, stationery or kids’ toys neatly separated. Pair it with soft linens, a wool rug and tactile accents in natural materials for a balanced, lived-in feel.
