Price History

Description

Part of our occasional furniture collection, this Alpine Dish Tray is so versatile. You can use it to put all the dishes on, or to have your TV dinners on, to serve afternoon tea, after dinner coffee, or even to do a jigsaw on. It is great for drinks and snacks outside too if you are eating al fresco or enjoying a party or barbecue. Made from strong sturdy MDF, it has a finish that can simply be wiped clean if there are any crumbs or spills. The X-shape frame legs simply fold down so you can tuck this tray at the side or behind your sofa, at the end of a kitchen unit or inside a cupboard.

Our Stylist Says

The Alpine Butlers Side Tray Table in grey is a versatile piece that adds both function and a contemporary touch to various interiors. I love its minimalist design and muted colour, which makes it adaptable to different schemes - from modern, scandi-inspired spaces to more eclectic or neutral settings. It works particularly well when styled as a practical surface beside a sofa or armchair, holding everything from drinks and books to a small lamp. Practical styling tips include layering with a tray or styling accessories like candles or a small plant to soften its clean lines. Its understated colour and design make it easy to incorporate into most schemes without overpowering the existing decor.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
