Price History

Description

The Finewoods Soundbar is a solid and exciting combination featuring beautiful real wood veneers with contemporary black glass, all underpinned by a rigid steel support frame. The Finewoods range is about more than just looks, however - toughened safety glass shelves sit on polymer isolation bushes to reduce resonance, and are adjustable in height to ensure you can perfectly display your AV equipment. The Finewoods Soundbar has been specifically designed to house today's modern soundbars and soundbases in both construction and finish.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this walnut media stand because its clean lines and mixed-material look suit everything from mid-century and Scandi schemes to pared-back industrial lofts. The warm walnut-effect sides keep the space feeling inviting, while the black shelves and neat cable cut-outs make kit management a breeze. For styling, tuck consoles or a games box behind woven baskets on the lower shelves and leave room for your soundbar front and centre. On top, balance the screen with a low, sculptural vase or a pair of framed prints leaning against the wall to avoid a floating-TV effect.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
