I’m a big fan of the Colby stool for its slim, adjustable design and easy-clean black PU seat - it slips seamlessly into modern, industrial or Scandinavian-inspired kitchens and breakfast bars. The chrome base adds a light, reflective touch that works well against concrete, timber or marble surfaces without dominating the scheme.
For practical styling, line up two or three at your island with even spacing, then soften the look by layering in a couple of natural-fibre cushions or a cosy wool throw. Pair with warm wood accents and a few green plants to balance the metal and give the space a lived-in feel.
