Description
The Almeira has been our premier reclining suite for almost ten years and has been sold into numerous homes and businesses with excellent customer feedback. The suite is covered in durable bonded leather although faux leather match is used on the lower stress areas including, but not limited to, the back and sides of the chair. The seat is foam filled for ultimate comfort. The mechanisms are manually operated with a handle on the right-hand side of the armchair (as seated) and on either side of the matching 2 and 3 seat models.

I’m a fan of this recliner for its supportive cushioning and genuine-feel upholstery - it gives you proper back support whether you’re watching TV or reading. The manual recline is smooth, and the warm brown tone handles daily wear without showing every mark, so it’s as practical as it is hard-wearing.
This armchair sits comfortably in both contemporary and country-style schemes: in a loft you might contrast it with a metal-legged side table and industrial-style lamp, while in a farmhouse lounge it’ll pair beautifully with a chunky knit throw and a low-pile jute rug. To style it, add a slim lumbar cushion in a complementary shade, position a small stool or narrow shelving unit to one side for books and a coffee, and layer in a patterned rug that picks up the chair’s brown tone to tie the corner together.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
