I’m a fan of this marble console for its clean lines and the subtle contrast between white stone and warm metal. It works equally well in a minimalist hallway, a contemporary living room or a chic dressing area, bringing just enough shine without overwhelming the space. To style it, layer a slim table lamp at one end, lean a statement mirror or piece of art behind, then balance with a couple of books or a small plant on the lower shelf. Keep accessories to a minimum to let the materials speak for themselves.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
