Our Stylist Says
I love the Alice Springs shoe storage for its sleek, minimalist design and versatile colour that complements a variety of interiors. Its light grey, taupe hue makes it an excellent choice for both contemporary and Scandinavian-inspired spaces, adding a touch of understated sophistication. Practical and space-efficient, the push-open doors and drawer provide convenient access without bulky handles, keeping the look clean. Styling tips include pairing it with neutral-toned accessories or placing decorative baskets on top for extra organisation and charm. It works well in hallways, utility rooms, or even bedrooms where a tidy, modern aesthetic is desired. Keeping it layered with a few final touches like a mirror or a small plant can enhance its functionality and visual appeal.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
