Our Stylist Says
I love the Alice Springs 3 Drawer Chest in Butter Yellow for its cheerful and contemporary look, making it a versatile addition to both modern and eclectic interiors. It works particularly well in light, airy spaces, such as bedrooms, nurseries, or hallways, where its colour can add a gentle pop without overwhelming the room. Practical styling tips include pairing it with neutral or pastel tones to highlight the yellow, or layering with soft textures like woven baskets or linen bedding for a cosy vibe. The push-open drawers are a real bonus for maintaining a clean, streamline aesthetic, especially in minimal spaces, while its fun colour can act as the focal point in a room filled with more subdued shades.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
