Description
A streamlined, architectural update on a modern design, 170 cm tall ladder corner unit bookcase displays your books and decor in a minimalist style. It can be assembled in the right and left directions. This bookcase strikes a tall, open silhouette. Designed to fit right in the corner of your room, this space-saving design includes five shelves for displaying all your novels, framed photos, and collected curios. The bookcase is made of 18mm thick quality melamine coated particleboard and banded with first-class PVC edge banding tape.

I’ve been using this slim five-tier shelf in both home offices and living rooms - its black frame and warm wood-tone shelves bring a crisp, modern edge without feeling too heavy. It works particularly well in minimalist, Scandi or industrial-inspired spaces, where clean lines and mixed textures are key.
For styling, alternate stacks of books with a few upright volumes to create visual rhythm. Add small plants or ceramic vases on every other shelf to break up the metal and wood, and tuck a woven basket on the bottom tier for hidden storage. That balance of open display and practical stow-away makes it both useful and attractive.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
