I really like how this mango wood table pairs a clean white base with a warm, solid-top finish - it brings just enough contrast without feeling fussy. It works especially well in Scandi-inspired or modern farmhouse interiors, but equally sits comfortably in a coastal or boho scheme if you swap in rattan chairs and natural-fibre textiles.
Styling-wise, keep things simple: a neutral linen runner, a low vase of greenery or fresh flowers and a couple of glass candle holders are all you need for everyday use. If you need extra seating, mix in bench stools or mismatched chairs to add personality, and anchor the table with a flat-weave rug to zone your dining area.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth.
