Complementing the base is a well-proportioned glass top measuring 110 x 70 cm, large enough for practical everyday use.p p. The 10mm thick tempered glass is toughened for safety and features bevelled edges with subtly rounded corners. The glass table top is attached to the base via 4 stainless steel discs bonded to the glass, not only are these fixtures an aesthetic detail in their own right but they ensure the clear coffee table remains a single solid structure.p

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
